[Rseding91] [0.16.12]Player creation doesnt request chunk generation

When a player is created on empty chunks (for example by deleting all chunks on nauvis and then making a new player join the game via mp), the game does not generate the chunks before looking for a spawn position: viewtopic.php?p=329103#p329103
