Why you no work???

Hey guys.
Does anyone know why my sulfur plant won't produce any sulfur.
I understand that all three pipes have to be clear, and they're not, they are only like 5% full.
Am i being stupid or is it some kind of bug?

You have your inlet pipes switched.

Water goes to water and petro goes to petro

Look where your chem plants expect water and where they have the inlet for gas
