[16.11] Alt+tab causes extended info enable/disable

Alt+tabbing disables(or enables) extended info, like regular alt usage.

This has been bugging me as well.

AFAIK it has always been this way. Some other games I have used before (ex, Dwarf Fortress) actually end up with the alt key stuck in the "down" state (as far as the game is concerned), so the Factorio version of this issue is pretty minor all things considered. Still, it would be nice if this was fixed somehow.

I'm tempted to move this into Ideas and Suggestions : It's not a bug, but there is some margin of improvement : if the "extended info" was triggered not on the keypress, but the key release, maybe would there be a possibility to differentiate :

[Press Alt] [Release Alt]

from

[Press Alt] [Press TAB] [Release TAB] [Release Alt]
and
[Press Alt] [Press TAB] [Release Alt] [Release TAB]

BTW, if you hit [Esc] (to get the game menu), your Alt info doesn't change IIRC. But yeah, you'd have to pause.
