[16.9] crash when opening logistic network (L)

If i limit a passive provider chest and then press L to open the logistic network the game freeze

i limited the chest (500 to 100)

after that i press L and the game freeze, have to kill it with taskmgr

sometimes i have to press it twice or have to make some steps around and then use L ... i tried it several times, also with other chests like blue belt or requester chest chest...
also happened with 16.8
