Oil Refinery Recipe

I noticed that the Oil Refinery seems to be the only item in vanilla that needs 5 resources to be constructed. This means it cannot but automated. Not that it's very useful to automate refineries but I was wondering if there was a specific reason for it.

Actually, there are 2 vanilla items that need 5 resources to craft, rocket defense is the other. :p

Lol... That would be funny if someone wanted to try and automate rocket defense. Hehe but yeah not sure why they made the refinery that way. O.o

I remember a while ago someone pointed it out and the devs said it was simply overlooked, but will probably fixed at some later version.
Also - add Power Armor MK2 to the list.

Ah, thanks all. (Didn't consider Rocket Defense/Power Armor as it's not researched in my current game)

And yes, I assumed it was an oversight. Since refineries are placed rather rarely it probably won't matter much, though.

Wouldn't be too bad if the Assembling Machine 3 could craft items with 6 ingredients... for whatever reason. Would make things interesting late game when you'd like to try feed those assemblers with Belts.
