science pack automation [Answered]

so iv'e been automating red/green science packs however i am running into a problem. The assemblers never have enough iron no matter how many more miners i add to my system. Space is not a problem however i would like to be compact as possible. Any help with this?

Without seeing your factory I can only give general advice.

If you have not enough plates, smelt more.
If you have enough plates but they dont get to where you want look where they are going to. That means, if another productionline consumes them all, reduce producion there.

Also you can put faster belts on the platesline.
