[16.6] Upgrade cards (in blueprints) behaviour

Example
1. Make a blueprint out of an existing electric furnace that contains 2 upgrade cards
2. Place this blueprint elsewhere
3. Build an electric furnace manually over it and insert some cards, before drones arrives
5. Bug occurs: Drones want to deliver cards

But should be fixes, too.
It can be very misleading when you place large blueprintes.

You can simply deactivate module requests in the blueprint if you plan to put them in manually.
