[Rseding91] [16.6] Blueprint Library is a bit weird

Hey,

I got a yesterday a Comment in my colored Blueprint MOD and it says that most of the Blueprints and Blooks are not visible in the Library.

I tested it and ALL are loaded by the Game, but not visible in the Library ...

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
