In the update list, click a location in the cursor, move the update log. The cursor will not stick to the selected location and will appear to float around. Expected behavior is the cursor appear to stay on the selected location when scrolling the update log

Hi, thanks for the report. It navigated me to many other bugs related to the text box too. The fix for the one you reported is already live in 16.6., but there is still one bug remaining which I will fix for 16.7, that is text disappearing when scrolling by moving the cursor by keyboard.
