Yes, for me it is pixelated too.

should be able to tell pretty quick, just stand next to something that isn't yet in high res.

sprite based graphics. they will always look pixelated because they are, in fact, made from individual pixels.
im not sure how much post processing they do on the video card, mine is normally idle during play, so i imagine they are not using it to do AA or FXAA, etc.

Recall that this is what the player looked live in v15.

It does look better but not HI-Res as I was expecting.

On 17in FHD laptop it looks fine but on 37in 4k there is not that much difference.
