Tier 3 Module Factory

A factory designed to output 2.5 modules per minute (or in other words keep two Assembler 3s busy making modules). Technically it is overproducing green circuits, you can remove a beacon from one of the factories and it will still produce enough in theory. However in practice the total buffer for green circuits is high enough that the last Module 1 factory tends to get starved until it's been running for a while. Similarly technically only two blue factories are needed, but doing so would require adding three beacons so a third factory is cheaper.
