[15.37] Free landfill

Hi,

when using some landfill for a train route I noticed it is possible to get the landfill for the second track for free. I havend tried all directions but west -> east seems to be working in this way. Just continue filling at the top and the bottom will follow by itself.

It is even possible to chain this for multiple tracks.

It's called tile correction logic, it's complicated, and the developers are looking to get rid of it
