Okay -- I'll bite, why is the Crusher/Sorter/Blast Furnace/Induction Furnace/Casting machine process an increase in production rate for Iron, Copper, Tin, and Lead -- but not for Steel?

Re: Quick Steel question
Am I missing something? I don't see a process which is more efficient than just smelting Iron Plates into Steel Plates.

Re: Quick Steel question
You can smelt iron ingots into steel ingots in another blast furnace (unless that''s changed). And it is more efficient than the default of 5 iron plates to 1 steel plate, though I'm not sure if it's more efficient than the 2 iron to 1 steel recipe when Bob's mods are installed (and the relevant config option is enabled).
Re: Quick Steel question
Unless I am making a mistake in my calculations, Iron Ingot to Steel Ingot results in a 3 Iron Ore to 1 Steel Plate ratio -- less than the 2 to 1 for just smelting the Iron Plates. Now, I can do recipes where I mix the Steel Ingots with Silicon, Manganese, or Cobalt and Nickel Ingots to get a better Steel Ingot to Molten Steel ratio. But I don't really see that it's worth the effort.

Re: Quick Steel question
So then we've figured it out.
In Angel's, it's 5 iron plate to 1 steel plate.
You've just got another mod that's changing that. Not Angel's issue.
