Each vs Everything Circuit conditions

TL;DR

Allow Each and Everything to mean different things

What ?

Sometimes Each isn't available in circuit conditions and Everything does the role of each I propose to fix and make everything different

Why ?

I have a mixed ore station and the settings confused me, I thought I should point it out.

I would have thought in this situation Everything would be "if the sum of all signals is less than 10k turn on else turn off". But clearly that's not what the screenshot shows with testing it's revealed that while each is unavailable here it is actually what's being performed "if Each (and every) signal is less than 10k turn it on, else turn off".

I realise I can fix this with one combinator but it was a weird quirk in the logic that made me think there are places that the wording could be better
