alot of times in late game or in mega bases i split up logistics zones to make things more efficient and i end up modifying the mod files for bobs mods to custom sizes, usually smaller. is it possible for modules to modify the size setting? i was thinking of ten modules, numbered 0-9, that would be cheap. the roboport tiers could go something like mk1 would have 2 module slots and would multiply the 2 slots mk2 could have 4 slots and be (s1+s2)x(s3+s4).mk3 could be s1s2xs3s4 just realized the sizes will start getting much bigger but perhaps higher number modules could be not allowed in the slots. theres lots of different ways it could be done. not sure about construction, either just a base modifier, or possibly through modules too.
1. is this possible?
2. Bob, is this something that interests you enough to consider it?

In theory, it should be possible, but it isn't something I've looked into before. Is it entirely dependant on if you can dynamically set a roboport's range on runtime.

Most properties of Logistic Cells are read-only, including logistic- and construction_radius.

Yeah. looks like there's no way of doing it on the fly.
