Blueprint Module Requests Should Go Away When Slots Filled

Version 0.15.34

I had a blueprint with some electric furnaces modded with level 2 productivity modules.

Seeing that it was going to be some time before I would have more level 2 productivity modules, I filled it with level 1 modules.

However, the request for the level 2 prouctivity modules was still there.

I thought the modules would automatically upgrade when the new modules became available.

However, instead, when the level 2 productivity modules became available, a bot came along with the level 2 module, but instead of swapping them, it just left the inferior productivity module in the machine, and turned off the request slot.

My thought is that either (1) the requests should go away as soon as the slots are filled, or (2) The incoming construction robot should replace the lower-level production module with the higher-level production module, and take the inferior module back to a storage chest.

As it is, the user interface leads to some expectations that aren't fulfilled.
