Adding Mods to Scenario

Hey,

I am currently running a scenario on my server which already has a few mods adding into it, I was curious on how I can add more? --- I haven't dug REALLY deeply into the lua coding and files I figured I was post here and then go try to figure it out.

However I would very much appreciate any help / direction through this post.
