[Question / Request] Modules stack logarithmically?

Is it possible for the speed / production bonuses to stack based on a logarithmic equation rather than linearly? The equation would look like 1 + (bonus)(# of modules)^0.7 instead of 1+ (bonus)(# of modules), the 0.7 would be configurable. This balance would be mostly directed to bob's modules, but could also be applied to vanilla. It would be great if someone could suggest how to edit this, or even create a mod that implements this- thanks!
