Multiplayer Browse Games - Non favorites marker

TL;DR

Have a marker for disliked servers.

What ?

In multiplayer>Browse Games, give us another option(third state, off/on/red) to mark the servers we choose that we disliked. Marking servers our favorites brings them to the top. Would be great to mark servers to send them to the bottom of the list while we filter for no passwords and low/high up times.

Why ?

Some servers show up with decent ping but when we enter the server with only two players, the game is glitchy. This may be due to an under powered PC running as the server. Also some servers may attract what i would call toxic players who pose to be elitists who have memorized other peoples layouts (or pocketing blueprints) and just criticize over other players without much building themselves. This tends to lead to other players leaving from the server killing the fun and free minded group efforts. Would like to avoid servers with poor hosts.
