Splitters prefer left input

Sometimes* splitters will prefer the left input belt over the other even if both are fully compressed same-type belts.

Here is an example screenshot. All four belts were started with full chests at the exact same time. After a while the two "left side" chests are already empty while the other two are still half full:



* This behavior only occurs maybe 20-50% of the time, even if the setup is not modified at all (only stopped and restarted).
