Change collection permission for car to only outside

When using the car I try to chop down trees to clear a way, or worse when deconstructing, if the mouse veers over the car I suddenly find I collected my car from inside the car, if I am really unlucky the entire content of my cars trunk are dropped all over the ground as well because it wont fit in the avatars inventory. On one memorable occasion I was picking up tank shells and AP ammo from circuit factory node conveyers for the next few hours of gameplay as the items dropped on different conveyors and sped away around their various loops.

This would be better prevented by default in the same way that you cannot repair a car from inside it. That way you have to dismount before you can collect the car and you are free to chop down trees or deconstruct without cataclysmic inventory mishaps!
