switching war state

hey guys was just wandering if any of you know what i have to edit to make a current save peaceful, ive ploughed about 40 hours into a map and suddenly biters have become a big annoyance, not tough just relentless

so i was wandering if i could switch to peaceful?

You can do it in the console by typing

game.peacefulmode = true

just to check will i have to totally destroy spawners ive already engaged with to complettely stop the attacks?

No, that would only reset the peaceful state. However, if there are any groups assembling to attack you, they will NOT stop. Ideally, before switching peaceful mode on, you should shut down your factory to stop producing pollution and kill any biters that still come. Once you are clear, switch peaceful mode back on.
