FPS and UPS drop when zooming..

Problem is with ANY map. Start or big base.
When I zoom down from world map to local map FPS and UPS drop by 10 each, and it take three to four seconds before it returns to ~59/60. I have this gear:

Newest drivers on everything. Still problem continues.
