[Request]Recycler and Refurbisher

Hi

If anyone feels like collaborating, I'd love to have special graphics for my Wear and Tear mod.

Specifically would like a recycler and a refurbisher. The recycler is already in the current build using assembling machines gfx as a place holder. The refurbisher will be in the next release.

The recycler takes old machines as inputs and outputs 50% of the original ingredients used to build a new one.
The refurbisher takes old machines plus spare parts as inputs and outputs new machines.

Both should be 3x3.
Style should just match vanilla factorio. Looking for something similar to the assembling machine..... but different.
