[15.30] Every Functional Menu Button Freezes Game Instantly

Its every version I've tried, 12 through 15. Buttons like play, about and options that open a sub menu don't, but every button contained therein does. I haven't played for months and I was careful to delete all my mods. The game freezes instantly every time.

You need RivaTuner Statistics Server 7.0.0 or higher for it to work correctly with DirectX 9 games in the latest Windows 10 update.
