Why is it that when you hit "back" on your browser (using EDGE in this example) that the forum won't let you go back to the prior site that you came from (mods.factorio.com in my case) and wants to persistently stay in the browser?
EDIT: I believe it happens with the Factorio version and not the other 2 types of boards as it worked fine for me since I switched off the Factorio version.

Re: Leaving Forum
If i understand your question correctly, this sounds like how simple HTTP redirects work (302 messages in technical terms).
What's happening is the following:
What's happening is the following:
- You load up a modding portal
- You find a mod, and click it's link to the forum
- Your web browser is redirected to a URL like: http://moddingportal.com/link/500
- The above URL tracks your usage of their website, and in turn redirects you to the next URL, in this case http://someforum.com
- You browse the forum, and click back a few times to get back to moddingportal.com
- Your back request goes back to http://moddingportal.com/link/500 - remember, this web page is designed to forward your browser back to the forum again.
- Your browser is once again asked to go back to http://someforum.com
- You click back again, once again your browser is told to go back to someforum.com - this looks as though you cannot get off the forum
Re: Leaving Forum
Thanks for the reply. I was trying to hold the back button, but Edge has it nixed. Normally I use Chrome, but with everything I have running it's a memory hog to be of much use in the manner of "light" things that I want to do.
I know the root problem....trash Edge...lol.

P.S. This only happens with the Factorio version of the board and not the former two, so I guess that redirect thing was a new addition.
