[0.15.24] Constant Desync (with mods)

This only happens on a modded game, but it started with 0.15.24. Can't seem to last more than 5 minutes without desyncing. There doesn't seem to be any correlation to what I am doing. When another person is logged on, we desync both at the same time. Server is running Ubuntu Linux, I am running Arch Linux stable, and the other person is running some version of Windows (Sorry I don't know the version).

It might have to be fixed by one of the mod makers of the mods I'm using, but I don't know how to even start troubleshooting which one besides turning them off one by one, and that's more time consuming than I care to try. I figure the problem is clearly spelled out in the desync report, which I have no clue how to interpret. Any help would be appreciated!

Can you try it again in 0.12.25? There is a big change it is fixed now.
