Some of my logic-controlled inserters will drop an item on the belt, others won't until the process runs through again. They are all the same blueprint but behave differently.
Screenshot below shows inserters on the top row (except the one on the far right which started off not working as expected and then changed to match the bottom ones after a while) don't like to drop their U-235 until they get more on the next cycle, the ones on the bottom do all the time.
I've also attached the map with the bug location marked with a red square.

Re: [15.22] Inconsistent Inserter Behavior
"Not a bug" since inserters were changed so that they won't drop items if they are disabled through the circuit network. However, there have been a lot of complaints about the change, so there is a chance this might be resolved without any redesigning on your part.
Re: [15.22] Inconsistent Inserter Behavior
... Either the ones on the bottom are bugged or the ones on top are. They are behaving differently, even though they're all made with the same blueprint. Either way is fine, I figured there must have been a change like you mentioned, but shouldn't they work consistently either way?

I believe this is related to this 49170
It was changed back in Version: 0.15.23, so it will be fixed in next release.
