audio settings -> change sound device

Hello Devs, hello Community !

I would love to be able to change the sound device from windows default ( as it is now) to any of the available devices. for example headphones or [any other sound device]

WHY ???

because i ( and other people i live with ) are watching TV / internetz via my computer and i have to play without sound, because factorio outputs sound to windows default and people watching TV would hear the factorio music and the sound of me chopping trees. if i could just change the audio device ingame that would be awesome !!!!!!

I support the proposal to introduce this setting.
Stream game and need to separate the audio sources, on Linux it was possible to skip the sound through snd_aloop. But under Windows such tricks are not rolled
