*Note- this is pre-robots*
While expanding my bus, I blueprinted an assembly section for engines. I decided to move it upward to make some more room, so I deconstructed over it to delete the blueprint. I had already built some belt, so it was marked for deconstruction. When I replaced the blueprint, it placed the blueprint over the marked-for-deconstructed belt. When the deconstruction was canceled, both the blueprint of the belt and the belt remained, instead of the blueprint going away.
It's kind of hard to see, but here's a screenshot:
You can see the stationary ghost image and the moving belt over one another.

Re: [15.19] Ghost images showing under belts
I just restarted my game, and it is worth noting it remains there. The ghost images can only be removed by breaking the belt, and breaking the ghost image under it.

That's currently intended. Canceling deconstruction doesn't remove ghosts that may be overlapping the entity since it's intended that the thing is deconstructed at some point.
You can remove the ghosts or just ignore them.
