[Rseding91] [0.15.8] Blueprint string ignores tiles selection box

When exporting a blueprint string, if you haven't saved the blueprint and directly export the string, it ignores the checkbox for tiles.

Before save, the string includes tiles, even when the checkbox is not ticked.
