Filters on deconstruction planners don't cover ghosts

If you set a filter for small electric poles (or any other item), such that only small electric poles are targeted by the planner, ghosts of small electric poles are not targeted.

Ghosts aren't the same as the entity in the ghost. There's a ghost option you can filter for if you want ghosts.
