[0.15.16] Logistics popup scrolls out of window

Noticed that the scrollbar of the logistics popup isn't limited to the window size.
It might have something to do with the small network the popup selects when I open it and then switch to a larger network.

Maybe a good suggestion would be to be able to select a primary logistics network.
I've never had a use for the logistics networks of outposts, or at least not while I'm visiting them, my main use-case is viewing my main base.
Thus I have to keep switching networks all the time.

2560x1440, not sure what the game window resolution is, I'm playing maximized on Windows 10.
