Factorio Tutorial Animations on Research Completion

In the game "Civilization", when research / technology improves... you get a little window that pops up and describes how the new technology affects your civilization, as well as a little quote said by a well-known voice actor.

I'm talking about these screens in Civilization 5. I realize that this would be a major effort to implement, but perhaps the community could be "crowdsourced" to make the gifs?
