[0.15.14] [Harkonnen] Speaker condition reset when changing instrument

When the speaker is set to trigger a sound when a circuit network condition is met, changing the instrument resets the condition to the one saved before the Gui was opened.
Example:

  1. The speaker is set to raise a sound when steam is below 6k
  2. Open the GUI and change 6k to 7k
  3. Change the instrument (not the "note" or sub-instrument! That works fine)
  4. The condition was changed back to 6k.
Note: it happens with the whole condition setting, not only the value.

Happened to me on 0.15.12, upgrading to 0.15.14 didn't fix it.
I tried to make a gif of it with Gif Screen Recorder but the popup handling is a mess. Any recommendation in case I need to fill a new bug report?

Fixed for next release. Also newly built programmable speakers will have "signal value is pitch" off by default.
