Path to Logistic System doesn't unlock needed science

If you follow the direct research path to "Logistic System", you do not, unlike in pre-0.15, unlock the Production and Hightech science. You only unlock Science 2, same as with 0.14.

I consider this a regression, and user-unfriendly too: prerquisites should be... well, if I researched all prereq, I should be able to research *this*. But I can't. I first have to hunt down the topics that unlock those two science packs.
