The station reads out the unique ID of a train, that helps to identify the train and load the goods it needs by using filter inserters. My issue is, i cant read out the ID without station, also if i add a cargo car because of expansion, the ID changes and dont match anymore with the setting of the stations.

That's working as intended. In order to read information about a train you have to use a train stop and the train has to be in automatic mode stopped at that stop.

Changing the train changes the ID since it's no longer the same train.
