Keep x Number of bots at RoboPort

Whenever I build or remove something, all of my construction bots fly away and never return to my roboport. In the far corner of my base I have chests that need refilling, but all the logistics bots are too far away to care.
The roboport should have a slider for both types of robots that indicate how many should stay at the selected roboport.
