[0.15.9] Crash on exiting game

I loaded a (modded) game, saved (after Rampant AI had finished loading up and running init), and then quit to desktop which caused an exception. Log posted below.

Maybe i also have that problem (Received SIGSEGV after modded exit), but Factorio can't generate stacktrace. Running though gdb don't crush the game (at least so far), but it's not convenient (as well as kill -9 `pidof factorio` on exit).

Also, i noticed that when construction robots missed ghost building (maybe another bug), after that if quit game - crushed.
