[0.15.9] Desync report

During the desync i tried to build a train rail from a blueprint.
The "auto report for desync" window does not appear.

I'm running Ubuntu 17.04

This should be fixed in 0.15.10 and later. If it happens again in the latest version please make a new report with the new desync reports.
