where are recipes?

In which file/files are recipes?
Or if it's not possible Does it exist excel or a website which list those recipes?

They should be in /data/base/recipes (or similar, I've not my copy at hand).

Wiki has a list of available items, or you can have a look to this post (outdated, anyway)
