[15.9] Able to build rails from map (No bots)

When building railroads I Discovered that I could start the railplanner (green preview) and hop into the map view and build across the whole map from there without moving. This even applies to maps where there's no 'coverage' from radars/players.
I have no bots, no blueprints. Just start building, then continue from map.

It's intended to work like that. So long as you can start the rail building within your normal reach, you can build as far as you can before hitting a tree/rock/water.
