Refueling trains
So I am trying to build a train to move oil and when I try to automate coal to go into the locomotive with an inserter and no coal goes in. The train is at the station and everything is powered. I am in 0.15.7

It's a bug. Fix will be released in about 2 hours (hopefuly)
