Burner inserters do not grab fuel from a burner

Hello,

I tried to go low-tech at the very start and built a smelting array with stone furnaces and burner inserters, with mixed belts on the side (ore + coal). The burner inserters at the mixed belt were behaving properly, grabbing fuel from the belt. However, the burner inserters on the output side do not grab fuel from the furnace. They operate for a few ticks seemingly fuel-less, then freeze up with "no fuel icon".

Is that a feature? My recollection form 0.14 is that they did grab fuel from furnaces.

Using Steam version 0.15.5 build 29304 (win64).

Hi, inserters were not able to pick fuel out of furnace.
Maybe you played with some mod that made them behave this way?
