Not only is the unit missing, the number itself is wrong.
The offshore pump has a defined pumping_speed of 20 per tick --> 1200/s.
The pump has a defined pumping_speed of 200 per tick, this means it should be able to pump 12000/s.
Rudimentary testing gave me a max. speed of > 4300/s for one pump, which I think is the pipe limit (at least for my testcase).
