[0.15.3] Partial revealed ore patch visibility

When hovering over an ore patch that's partly revealed(a part of it is in fog of war) you can see the outline for it and how much resources it contains, like this:

We decided that it makes more sense to just show the full patch when part of it is reveled instead of adding additional overhead and complexity to patch highlighting.
