[15.x] Blueprint Organization

Hi there, Since this new blueprint section got added in since 15.x i had the thought of,
"why do we have to join a game to organize our blueprints".

What about adding a "My Blueprints" bar in the Multiplayer Menu before joining a game that way those with a lot of blueprints don't need to jump in and out of games to organize them and move them around. Maybe add the ability to directly drag blueprints from "my blueprints" into a book, and then again out of a book without the need to move it to your inventory before doing so. As it currently stands you need to move the book/blueprints to your toolbar/inventory to be able to move them in or out of a book (you are unable to do it within the blueprints page) Not sure if this was intended or not, so unsure if it's a bug or a suggestion.
