[0.15.2] [lowPrio] Deleting Items with belts

2 small low priority bugs:

1) You can delete items by dropping them onto a curved belt then placing a belt at the end of the curve and removing it. This deletes 1 item of the outer cycle.

The items have to sit on the conveyer belt ( tried testing this bug with moving items, they get moved to the inner side of the belt as intended). The item type doesnt matter.
You also dont get the one item added to your inventory, it simply is gone.

2) If you got a closed belt loop and fill it with loads of items, the outer side will slow down whilst the inner one moves at normal speed

#1: the items aren't deleted. They get packed onto the belts - if you pick up the belts you'll see you get all of the items back. It's a side effect of making them all fit on the new belt lines after setting up the rotation.

#2: that's because of how items move on belts. In order to move forward they have to have room. In order for the item in the "front" to move the item in the "back" has to move which means the most any item can move is the gap between the front and back. Don't pack belts that full and you don't get that problem. Actually.. if a belt is that full it doesn't matter how fast it moves since movement means nothing with a full belt in a loop - once something takes an item off it would start moving faster :)
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
