(.15) on save game load, character is reset to start

Hello,
I didn't see this posted anywhere else. But since updating to .15 experimental, when I load a save from .14, my character has his inventory and armor. When I load a .15 save, my character restarts with only the starting burner drill and smelter.
I don't know how to get logs. But I'm willing to try if that will help.

Are you logged in with the same username you had in 0.14 in the 0.15 version? It sounds like your name changed so you're getting a new player when loading up an old MP map.

Hi, you are playing multiplayer map (doesn't matter if loaded as single player) and your character is bound to your username. In .15 config options were reset, so you need to set your username in Options -> Other. After you do that, you should get your old character when you load the save.
