Please let servers send its Mods on connect

Its such a pain to hunt down mods then install them to connect to a modded server... Can this please be integrated into the game to either let the server send them or have the player automatically download from the mod portal...

I could have swore i read about this being in the 15.x release awhile back?

Problem with this is it'd be really easy to send malicious code. Not sure if there's a way to handle that.

I am not sure I understand the issue.
When you select a server, add an option to download and enable all mods the server has enabled, then restart the game, and instantly go back to the server menu to allow you to join the server once it reloads.

You can send malicious code anyway, if you can get it onto the mod portal. You cannot avoid that without actually restricting scripting to avoid known malicious code methods. Maybe prevent mods from creating/removing files outside a specific "modfile" folder with the mod's name as a subfolder.

This would be very nice.
